first day in Korea we visited WOORIBAN 우리 반 김 김치 박물관 this is the place that we learn how to make kimchi, they also producing and sell the seaweed in many variant.

here they explained that seaweed is a replacement of spices for example like masako or ajinomot to make foods taste more savory, and also using seaweed is healthier

the ajumma also made some rice with seaweed for us and the taste is really good :)
